나무의 노래 - ‘make difference ,become different’

​

예술작품은 시간의 축적물이다.

창조란 오랜 시간 예술 행위가 쌓여 새로운 창작물로 만들어진다.

 

나의 작품은 반복의 결과물이다.

불필요한 요소를 걷어낸 절제 된 형상 위에

선과 색을 거듭 반복 할수록 밀도 있게 되며

나만의 고유성과 새로운 차이를 만든다.

 

수련과 루앙 성당을 그린 모네는 차이를 포함한 반복을 통해 미세한 차이를 표현했다.

 

내가 표현한, 나무를 소재로 한 작품도 몸으로 체득 된 선과 색의 반복을 통해

감성적인 차이 (make difference)가 만들어 진다.

종국에는 작품과 관람자가 경험한 의미가 만나 또 다른 차이 (become different)

와 이야기가 된다.

 

작품의 소재로 사용한 나무는 해석에 주안점을 둔 것이 아니며,

직관적으로 각인된 시적인 이미지이다.

유년시절 동네 어귀에 늘 있었던 나무의 이미지는 시간이 지날수록 선명해 지곤 한다.

집으로 향하게 하는 안도감이기도 했으며, 두려움을 주는 상징물이기도 했다.

 

나는 주로 바람에 흔들리는 나무를 표현한다.

나의 작품은 중력을 거슬러 위를 향하는 나무처럼 흔들림 속에서 균형을 잡으며 성장하고

다시 새로운 봄을 만나는 성숙한 변화를 담고자 했다.

 

앞 선 세대의 개념에 대한 전복과 부정으로 이루어진 현대미술의 발전은

예술 작품 자체가 소외 되는 모순을 안고 있다.

예술의 역할은 개념을 넘어 순수한 예술 자체로의 지속 가능한 변이와 함께

예술이 가진 내재적인 차이를 발견하고 인간 본연의 모습으로의 회복과 치유

그리고 진정한 내면을 들여다보게 해야 하는 것은 아닐까?

Tree Song - 'difference'

 

 

Artwork is an accumulation of time .

 

Creation is the creation of a new creation by accumulating art works for a long time .

 

 

My work is the result of repetition .

 

Above the cut geometry that removed unnecessary elements

 

The more lines and colors you repeat, the more dense

 

It creates my own uniqueness and new difference .

 

 

Monet, who painted the Waterlily and the Rouen Cathedral, expressed a subtle difference through repetition, including differences .

 

 

I have expressed , works of wood as a material degree through repetition of lines and colors acquire a body

 

A make difference is made .

 

In the end, the work and spectator meet the meaning

 

It becomes become different and story .

 

 

The wood used as the material of the work is not focused on the interpretation ,

 

Intuitively imprinted poetic image .

 

The image of a tree that has always been in the neighborhood of my childhood is getting clearer over time .

 

He also relieved facing the house , it was also a symbol that fear .

 

 

I usually express trees that are shaking in the wind .

 

My work is like a tree heading up against gravity

 

Grow in balance and grow

 

I wanted to include a mature change that meets new spring again .

 

 

The development of contemporary art made up of overturning and denying the concept of the preceding generation

 

The artwork itself is contradictory to the alienation .

 

The role of art goes beyond concept to pure art itself with sustainable variation

 

I found an inherent difference in art

 

Recovery and healing in human nature

 

And should not we look at the real inside ?
